The Build-to-Suit Partnerships group at Cadence is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, establishing and maintaining joint venture partnerships with local, regional and national developers on retail single and multi-tenant projects. Cadence is searching for build-to-suit projects where it can provide its capital and leverage its existing retail relationships.
Cadence is interested in acquiring high-quality net leased retail assets in major metropolitan areas.
The team focuses on fully entitled, ground-up opportunities leased to national and regional creditworthy tenants. The group strives to identify development partners with knowledge of local markets, relationships with tenants and municipalities, retail development expertise and prior shopping center development success.
