The Transactions group at Cadence is focused on investing in retail real estate investments that target favorable risk-adjusted returns. The group’s functions include the sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, financing and transaction closing on acquisition opportunities to meet Cadence’s investment criteria. Additionally, the group is responsible for the sale of properties within the portfolio, and instrumental in consummating transactions with various institutional joint venture partners.

Cadence is interested in acquiring high-quality net leased retail assets in major metropolitan markets.

Acquisition Criteria

Property Type Net leased retail property including single tenant and select multi-tenant, including drug store and grocery-anchored retail.
Metros Primary and select secondary metros exhibiting diverse economies and strong near-term growth opportunities.
Purchase Price Usually $2 to $20 Million.
Lifecycle Value added:
Tenants Creditworthy tenants across diverse industries. Including investment grade, national credit and regional credit tenants.
Lease Term Generally more than 10 years.
